Defining international relations, it does not only mean the way countries handle peace and harmony with each other, it also means dealing with conflicts that have been existing or are going to crop out. International relations essays often discuss different theories behind the attitudes exhibited by different countries and as well as approaches to explain a certain national behaviour that might have an international impact. It is, however, sad to say that there is wide difference between what the theories are saying than what the real world is boldly demonstrating.
There are a wide range of theories that seek to explain the way a county act towards another. These theories, however, are oftentimes limited to a certain period in time and a certain location, and may not necessary reflect the behaviour of all countries in the world. Some international relations essays may focus on the classical theory of state behaviour. This theory attempts to explain why countries continue to seek new territories and thus wage war against each other. The theory states that all states or countries seek power, which is the main reason for their existence. A state having no power cannot be considered a one, and those having little capacity wait being devoured by larger and stronger neighbours. States continue to enlarge their territories by seeking land to conquer and make them their own.

Being a freshman college student is a new student life experience. It can be happy. However, many college freshmen are always anxious and do not have enough confidence. They think that college life will be difficult and find it harder.
Depression can be a part of new college student life, according to the University health services of the Tang Center at UC Berkeley at uhs.berkeley.edu/home/healthtopics/pdf/depresstudents.pdf. This depression can be caused by the new overwhelming experiences and challenges that go with this new level of studies that freshmen find themselves in. College studies can be very stressful and cause sadness. This would last for weeks and interfere with academic and social functioning which can be clinical depression. This illness is common but usually not noticed. However, it can be effectively treated.

A current university or college student engaged in part-time or full-time work at the same time is very common today because of various factors such as the high costs of university or college education and the desire of the student to earn extra income to supplement his educational expenses. Many educational experts have conducted research studies on the topic of balancing and managing time in the student work study activities of students who are simultaneously engaged in part-time or full-time jobs.
Most of the studies have revealed that many students would initially have some difficulties in coping and managing their work study activities especially if the students are taking up their courses on a full load for the entire academic term or even the entire academic year. However, the studies show that once the students would adjust and settle in their studies and their jobs, they would gradually be able to balance and manage their student work study activities by following some basic tips or guidelines that they either learn for themselves or from other working students like them.

Students, especially those of higher education institutions will be able to afford the costs of their education through the allowance they receive from their parents, private or publicly funded scholarships, or student loans. However, students who still need financial assistance even after availing of one or more of these aforementioned support can take advantage of working student jobs to earn more. Having a working student life is becoming more and more commonplace as a result of the global economic crisis for students who are determined to pursue an academic degree.
